Music, Magic and Mischief: A Guide to Falling in Love in Opera

Hear the stars of tomorrow perform some of the greatest scenes. We’ll be venturing to mystical lands with Mozart and Handel, mourning doomed romances with Massenet and celebrating good times with Strauss. This 60-minute performance is a whistlestop tour through the gamut of emotions opera has to offer, all set to spectacular music.

Featuring members of the Irish National Opera Studio (the company’s artist development programme), this is a chance to see some of Ireland’s most promising operatic talents of the future explore some of the world’s greatest operas. Singers Deirdre Higgins, Leanne Fitzgerald, Cathal McCabe and David Kennedy take on multiple roles, directed by Grace Morgan with répétiteur Ella Nagy at the piano.

* Concession tickets are available for children under 18, full-time students with valid student ID showing an expiry date, and seniors aged 60 and over.
