Admission & Attendance

Clonmel Junction Arts Festival reserves the right to refuse admission.
We advise audience members to arrive at the festival venue at least 10 minutes before the published start time.
Latecomers will not be admitted until/unless there is a suitable break in the performance.
Doors generally open 30 minutes before the advertised start time.
We operate a free seating policy at all venues.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult to all events.
Parents/guardians will be advised at the time of booking if they must remain with children during workshops.

Child Concession: Available for guests aged under 18.
Student Concession: Available for those in full-time education with a valid student ID that includes an expiry date.
Senior Concession: Available for guests aged 60 and over.

Clonmel Junction Arts Festival reserves the right to cancel any show or performance without prior notice, without being liable for compensation or damages, other than a refund of the face value of the ticket(s).
The festival reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to vary the advertised programme as necessary, without prior notice.
No refunds, except in the event of a cancellation by the festival.
Outdoor events may be relocated to indoor venues in the event of inclement weather. Please check social media for updates, a decision will be made and publicised by 10am on the day.

Please inform us at the time of booking if you have any special requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Wheelchair spaces are available at all venues but must be allocated when booking.

Ticket holders assume all risk of injury and responsibility for property loss, destruction, or theft.
The festival, its promoters, performers, sponsors, ticket outlets, venues, and staff are released from any liability thereafter.
